Low Gap 2 Year Bavarian Hard Wheat Whiskey

Distilled from 100% malted Bavarian hard wheat on a 16-hectoliter cognac still, this whiskey is aged over two years in a combination of new American oak, used Van Winkle bourbon barrels, and used Limousin barrels previously containing Germain-Robin brandy. Bottled at 43.1% ABV, it offers a complex profile with notes of puffed wheat cereal, caramel candy, freshly cut herbs, cherry, apple, and a finish reminiscent of salted crackers with berry jam.
