La Luna Mezcal Espadincillo

La Luna Mezcal Espadincillo is an artisanal mezcal crafted from 100% Espadincillo agave in Etucuaro, Michoacán, Mexico. The agave piñas are fire-roasted in a stone-lined horno using estate-sourced white oak, milled by hand, naturally fermented in open-air wooden vats, and double distilled in a copper and pinewood Tarascan still, resulting in a smooth and smoky spirit with notes of cooked agave, citrus, and herbs.
